internacional creada en 2012 para fortalecer la educaci\u00f3n financiera de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes, ayud\u00e1ndoles a desarrollar conocimientos, habilidades y h\u00e1bitos que les permitan tomar decisiones financieras responsables. Desde 2020, la iniciativa es liderada por la OCDE, a trav\u00e9s de la Red Internacional de Educaci\u00f3n Financiera (INFE), que impulsa pol\u00edticas para mejorar el bienestar econ\u00f3mico a nivel mundial.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Su lema permanente, \u201cLearn. Save. Earn.\u201d (Aprende. Ahorra. Gana.), promueve el aprendizaje sobre el manejo del dinero, el ahorro y la generaci\u00f3n de ingresos. En 2026, la campa\u00f1a se realiz\u00f3 del 16 al 22 de marzo con el tema \u201cSmart Money Talks\u201d (Habla de dinero, es de buena educaci\u00f3n), enfocado en fomentar conversaciones abiertas e informadas sobre las finanzas, especialmente entre la juventud, para fortalecer su confianza y capacidad de tomar decisiones financieras acertadas.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>En Honduras, el Global Money Week 2026 reuni\u00f3 a la CNBS, el sistema financiero, la academia y otros aliados estrat\u00e9gicos para desarrollar actividades de educaci\u00f3n financiera en todo el pa\u00eds, ampliando el alcance de la iniciativa y fortaleciendo la participaci\u00f3n nacional en este esfuerzo anteriormente que fueron desarrolladas por las 28 instituciones participantes, se obtuvo un resultado de 1,572,583 personas alcanzadas, de las cuales el 49% corresponde a mujeres y el 51% a \/><\/p><p><strong>Resultados obtenidos por la CNBS<\/strong><\/p><p>En su calidad de Coordinador Nacional del Global Money Week (GMW), la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Bancos y Seguros (CNBS) particip\u00f3 en el lanzamiento oficial del evento a nivel internacional, desarrollado por la Organizaci\u00f3n para la Cooperaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico (OCDE) el 16 de marzo de 2026 en modalidad virtual. Ese mismo d\u00eda, la CNBS realiz\u00f3 la inauguraci\u00f3n en Honduras de manera presencial, contando con la participaci\u00f3n del Pleno de Comisionados, conformado por el Abogado Nicol\u00e1s J. Garc\u00eda Pineda, Comisionado Presidente, la Licenciada Julieta Suazo Franco, Comisionada Propietaria, y, el Abogado Gustavo Sol\u00f3rzano, Comisionado Propietario, quienes realizaron el acto de corte de cinta y dirigieron palabras de bienvenida a las y los j\u00f3venes presentes. Asimismo, durante la semana del 16 al 20 de marzo del presente a\u00f1o, la CNBS impuls\u00f3 espacios formativos que, en su conjunto, lograron impactar a m\u00e1s de 1,662 personas, entre estudiantes de colegios p\u00fablicos y privados, j\u00f3venes universitarios, personal institucional y p\u00fablico en general.<\/p><p>Las actividades presenciales abordaron los temas \u201cOrdena y desarrolla tus metas financieras\u201d y \u201cMi Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Bancos y Seguros 6 Clasificaci\u00f3n &#8211; P\u00fablico Informe de Resultados Global Money Week 2026 Emprendimiento\u201d, promoviendo conversaciones abiertas y responsables sobre dinero, metas y toma de decisiones financieras conscientes desde temprana edad. Como parte de este mismo esfuerzo, se desarroll\u00f3 el webinar \u201cDecidir mejor: Conversaciones sobre dinero y comportamiento financiero\u201d, un espacio abierto al p\u00fablico en general en el que se introdujeron conceptos de econom\u00eda del comportamiento aplicados al d\u00eda a d\u00eda, con el fin de comprender c\u00f3mo el piloto autom\u00e1tico, los est\u00edmulos del entorno y las emociones influyen en nuestras decisiones financieras, y c\u00f3mo activar la reflexi\u00f3n consciente puede transformar la manera en que administramos el dinero. Adem\u00e1s, se ejecut\u00f3 una campa\u00f1a de comunicaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de redes sociales, mediante la publicaci\u00f3n de infograf\u00edas y videos. Este enfoque reconoce que, en un entorno financiero cada vez m\u00e1s complejo y digitalizado, muchas personas j\u00f3venes enfrentan dificultades para identificar fuentes confiables de informaci\u00f3n o se sienten inseguras al abordar temas financieros.
