La Empresa de telefonu00eda celular TIGO solicito a la Comisiu00f3n Nacional de Bancos y Seguros (CNBS) una capacitaciu00f3n sobre las generalidades del Sistema Financiero en Honduras, y una exposiciu00f3n sobre las Normas para el Fortalecimiento de la Transparencia, la Cultura Financiera y Atenciu00f3n al Usuario Financiero.<\/p>

Capacitaciu00f3n que se brindu00f3 a travu00e9s de la Gerencia de Protecciu00f3n al Usuario Financiero (GPUF) el pasado 22 de octubre, a 15 empleados de las u00e1reas de Legal, Cumplimiento, Mercadeo, entre otras, a fin de que todos manejen una informaciu00f3n oficial y coherente que les permita articular mejor sus procesos internos y de comunicaciu00f3n.<\/p>

u00a0TIGO se encuentran en proceso de gestiu00f3n de una licencia como instituciu00f3n no bancarizada que brinda servicios de dinero electru00f3nico (INDEL), para lo cual, estos mecanismos de capacitaciu00f3n fortaleceru00e1 las capacidades del personal asignado en el cumplimiento de dicha normativa de Transparencia, Cultura Financiera y Atenciu00f3n al Usuario Financiero.<\/p>
