diagn\u00f3stico de la brecha de g\u00e9nero en el Sistema Financiero de Honduras, por lo que las autoridades de la CNBS en esta segunda visita de los especialistas reunieron a empleados y funcionarios de la Comisi\u00f3n los d\u00edas 13 y 14 de septiembre de 2018 en un hotel capitalino.<\/p><p>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<\/p><p>Con la presencia de\u00a0los se\u00f1ores: Dr. Juan Pablo Arango, Dr. Ruth Krivoy y Dr. Carole Houllihan, se desarroll\u00f3 el tema de g\u00e9nero siguiendo una metodolog\u00eda de trabajo anal\u00edtico grupal.<\/p><p>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<\/p><p>La jornada en su primer d\u00eda visibiliz\u00f3 con las exposiciones de los consultores de la firma consultora canadiense, la importancia de la Inclusi\u00f3n financiera dirigida a las mujeres, el papel de los datos desagregados por sexo, y la funci\u00f3n de la supervisi\u00f3n para lograr una mayor inclusi\u00f3n financiera.<\/p><p>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"http:\/\/cnbs.gob.hn\/atencion-usuario-financiero\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/IMG_5885.jpg\" text-indent: 0px;\">Con la activa participaci\u00f3n y direcci\u00f3n de la Comisionada Presidente Ethel Deras en&nbsp; ambos d\u00edas se procedi\u00f3 a la construcci\u00f3n de una estrategia para abordar el tema desde adentro de la instituci\u00f3n, como base para la elaboraci\u00f3n de un pre dise\u00f1o de \u201cPlan Acci\u00f3n\u201d, a seguir en el corto, mediano y largo plazo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; font-size: 12px; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; text-indent: 0px;\">Fue considerado para este trabajo, la&nbsp; perspectiva de la CNBS como ente regulador, la del sector privado supervisado y la experiencia exitosa internacional en el tema de inclusi\u00f3n financiera para
