Protecci\u00f3n al Usuario Financiero (GPUF) instal\u00f3 hoy su oficina m\u00f3vil en el Lobby del Edificio Administrativo del IHSS, Barrio Abajo, con el objetivo de brindar al personal de esa instituci\u00f3n, como a los derechohabientes que asisten al mismo, la oportunidad de revisar y adquirir gratuitamente su historial crediticio, registrado en la Central de Informaci\u00f3n Crediticia (CIC) popularmente conocida como \u201cCentral de Riesgo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Esta Central registra nada m\u00e1s la informaci\u00f3n crediticia que las instituciones supervisadas por la CNBS env\u00edan a la misma.<\/p>\n<p>Es oportuno informar que adem\u00e1s de la CIC de la CNBS existen dos Centrales privadas de informaci\u00f3n Crediticia, que son EQUIFAX y TRANSUNION, mismas que registran adem\u00e1s de la informaci\u00f3n de las entidades del Sistema Financiero Nacional, datos de cr\u00e9ditos en almacenes y tiendas del comercio hondure\u00f1o, as\u00ed como de empresas de servicios p\u00fablicos entre otros.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la Central de Informaci\u00f3n Crediticia?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Central de Informaci\u00f3n Crediticia, es el sistema administrado por la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Bancos y Seguros, mediante el cual se consolida la informaci\u00f3n proporcionada por las instituciones supervisadas de todas las personas naturales y jur\u00eddicas que adquieren compromisos u obligaciones crediticias con ellas, de su calidad de deudores, codeudores, avales o fiadores.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9ste sistema permite a las Instituciones Financieras Supervisadas obtener la informaci\u00f3n de car\u00e1cter crediticio de cada persona, consultas que las instituciones financieras realizan para efecto de sus an\u00e1lisis de cr\u00e9dito.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Informaci\u00f3n disponible en la Central de la CNBS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se encuentra la informaci\u00f3n en detalle sobre los saldos, situaci\u00f3n o estatus de la deuda (vigente, morosa, vencida, ejecuci\u00f3n judicial y castigada), reflejando as\u00ed el historial sobre el comportamiento de pago de las obligaciones, esto permite a las instituciones financieras evaluar el riesgo crediticio de los deudores, para tomar sus decisiones en el otorgamiento de cr\u00e9ditos.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a informaci\u00f3n de su historial crediticio?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La informaci\u00f3n crediticia reportada a la CIC s\u00f3lo puede ser proporcionada a la persona que le pertenece, o en su defecto, a un representante autorizado o apoderado legal debidamente acreditado, solicitando el reporte confidencial de deudor a la Gerencia de Protecci\u00f3n al Usuario Financiero (GPUF) de la CNBS, ubicada, en el edificio Antiguo Castillo Poujol contiguo al Colegio de Enfermeras de Honduras en la colonia Palmira en Tegucigalpa, funciona tambi\u00e9n en las ciudades de San Pedro Sula y Choluteca.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00bf<strong>Cu\u00e1ndo la informaci\u00f3n crediticia de las personas se incluye en la CIC?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La informaci\u00f3n se reporta a la CIC a partir
