alt=\"\" width=\"305\" height=\"228\" \/><\/a>El pasado 30 de julio 65 funcionarios de Banco de Occidente, entre ellos; Gerentes de diferentes sucursales de Tegucigalpa, as\u00ed como oficiales de atenci\u00f3n al usuario financiero recibieron una Charla sobre las Normas de Transparencia, Cultura Financiera y Atenci\u00f3n al Usuario Financiero, Normas Complementarias y las Obligaciones que tiene el Oficial de Atenci\u00f3n a Reclamos.<\/p>\n<p>Los Abogados Carlos D\u00edaz y Oscar Vel\u00e1zquez, Especialistas del Departamento Legal, de la Gerencia de Protecci\u00f3n al Usuario Financiero (GPUF) fueron los que explicaron los temas y la normativas que indican la labor que deben realizar como instituci\u00f3n para dar cumplimiento a Ley.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sector Empresarial de El Para\u00edso<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte el Centro de Desarrollo Empresarial de la Micro y Mediana Empresa (CDE MIPYME) de El Para\u00edso, convoc\u00f3 a 25 microempresarios, al Taller \u201cMi hogar y mi dinero\u201d, con el objetivo de que conocieran la importancia de poner en practica herramientas \u00fatiles como; un presupuesto, control del ingreso frente al egreso y de esta manera llevar un manejo financiero personalizado.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSi utilizan las herramientas y son constante en realizar un presupuesto y se apegan a este, lograr\u00e1n mejorar sus finanzas\u201d expreso el Licenciado Omar Ram\u00edrez, Oficial de Investigaci\u00f3n Financiera de la GPUF, responsable de impartir el taller.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>GPUF M\u00f3vil en la 1280w\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/a>La Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Bancos y Seguros (CNBS) a trav\u00e9s de la Gerencia de Protecci\u00f3n al Usuario Financiero (GPUF) instal\u00f3 el viernes 27 de julio de 2018 en la C\u00e1mara de Comercio e Industria de Tegucigalpa (CCIT) la oficina GPUF M\u00f3vil, donde los afiliados a esta C\u00e1mara, pudieron conocer la informaci\u00f3n personal registrada en la Central de Informaci\u00f3n Crediticia (CIC), sobre sus cr\u00e9ditos y recibir la asesor\u00eda necesaria para el buen uso de los productos y servicios financiero a los que tienen acceso.<\/p>\n<p>Los t\u00e9cnicos de la CNBS explicaron a los usuarios que se abocaron a esta oficina temporal, la importancia de mantener un buen record crediticio, para sus futuros proyectos financieros, as\u00ed como la importancia de conocer sus deberes y derechos ante la adquisici\u00f3n de un cr\u00e9dito en el sistema
