{"id":2218,"date":"2018-07-12T16:20:08","date_gmt":"2018-07-12T22:20:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/gpuf.comision.hn\/?p=475"},"modified":"2022-10-14T10:27:36","modified_gmt":"2022-10-14T16:27:36","slug":"presentacion-de-los-resultados-del-mapeo-de-iniciativas-de-educacion-financiera-en-honduras","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cnbs.gob.hn\/educacionfinanciera\/2018\/07\/12\/presentacion-de-los-resultados-del-mapeo-de-iniciativas-de-educacion-financiera-en-honduras\/","title":{"rendered":"PRESENTACI\u00d3N DE LOS RESULTADOS DEL \u201cMAPEO DE INICIATIVAS DE EDUCACI\u00d3N FINANCIERA EN HONDURAS\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/gpuf.comision.hn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/MAPEO1.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-476 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/gpuf.comision.hn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/MAPEO1-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a>Como parte de los esfuerzos del gobierno de Honduras para la inclusi\u00f3n financiera, se ha desarrollado una Estrategia Nacional de Inclusi\u00f3n Financiera (ENIF), en la que la educaci\u00f3n financiera de la poblaci\u00f3n hondure\u00f1a se presenta como uno de los componentes importantes porque busca resolver barreras en la demanda, principalmente de los segmentos financieramente excluidos, parcial o totalmente.<\/p>\n<p>En este contexto la CNBS \u00a0en\u00a0 el a\u00f1o 2016 firm\u00f3 un Memorando de Entendimiento con la Fundaci\u00f3n Sparkassen, con el objeto de potenciar las oportunidades para una mayor inclusi\u00f3n y educaci\u00f3n financiera. Como parte de esta colaboraci\u00f3n, se realiz\u00f3 el \u201cMapeo de Iniciativas de Educaci\u00f3n Financiera\u201d; mediante encuestas aplicada en l\u00ednea a 44 instituciones del sector financiero y no financiero sobre la ejecuci\u00f3n de acciones o programas de educaci\u00f3n financiera, encaminados a fortalecer las capacidades financieras de la poblaci\u00f3n hondure\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>El mapeo tiene por objeto: a) Identificar las iniciativas de educaci\u00f3n financiera (IEF) que se est\u00e1n llevando a cabo en Honduras en diferentes instituciones y sectores, b) Reconocer el alcance de las IEF para optimizar los recursos existentes, y, c) Generar conclusiones acerca de c\u00f3mo fortalecer los esfuerzos de educaci\u00f3n financiera en el pa\u00eds.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cnbs.gob.hn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/MAPEO2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-7285 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/www.cnbs.gob.hn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/MAPEO2-169x300.jpg\" sizes=\"(max-width: 169px) 100vw, 169px\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.cnbs.gob.hn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/MAPEO2-169x300.jpg 169w, http:\/\/www.cnbs.gob.hn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/MAPEO2-576x1024.jpg 576w, http:\/\/www.cnbs.gob.hn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/MAPEO2-84x150.jpg 84w, http:\/\/www.cnbs.gob.hn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/MAPEO2.jpg 720w\" alt=\"\" width=\"169\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>El an\u00e1lisis de estas iniciativas ha permitido identificar desaf\u00edos y recomendaciones para asegurar un mayor alcance de la educaci\u00f3n financiera en la poblaci\u00f3n hondure\u00f1a, tales como: impulsar las alianzas interinstitucionales, desarrollar modelos innovadores y asegurar la evaluaci\u00f3n de los resultados como mecanismo de mejora continua, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>Los principales hallazgos del mapeo son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Independientemente de que s\u00f3lo el 36% de los encuestados cuenta con un programa estructurado de educaci\u00f3n financiera, las Iniciativas de Educaci\u00f3n Financiera (IFC) son relevantes. Esto lo demuestran los resultados de la investigaci\u00f3n, que reflejan que el 68% de las instituciones cuentan con metas definidas al respecto, mientras que, en el 73% de los casos, las IEF est\u00e1n vinculadas al plan estrat\u00e9gico de la instituci\u00f3n. El 82% de las instituciones cuenta con un coordinador o responsable de educaci\u00f3n financiera e, incluso, el 40% de las iniciativas tienen un nombre definido.<\/li>\n<li>Existe una creciente oferta de iniciativas de educaci\u00f3n financiera, la mayor parte de las cuales tienen menos de cinco a\u00f1os de vigencia, y cuyos objetivos est\u00e1n direccionados a la generaci\u00f3n de una cultura financiera y un mayor bienestar de la poblaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de un adecuado manejo de sus recursos y de los productos financieros.<\/li>\n<li>Gran parte de estas iniciativas se encuentran concentradas en algunos departamentos de Honduras, como Francisco Moraz\u00e1n (91%) y Cort\u00e9s (75%), adem\u00e1s de que tienen una mayor presencia en \u00e1reas urbanas (con un promedio del 52%).
