{"id":2757,"date":"2019-08-07T15:43:52","date_gmt":"2019-08-07T21:43:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cnbs.gob.hn\/educacionfinanciera\/?p=2483"},"modified":"2022-10-14T11:52:22","modified_gmt":"2022-10-14T17:52:22","slug":"primer-taller-simulador-gestion-estrategica-se-realizo-con-asociadas-de-redmicroh","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cnbs.gob.hn\/educacionfinanciera\/2019\/08\/07\/primer-taller-simulador-gestion-estrategica-se-realizo-con-asociadas-de-redmicroh\/","title":{"rendered":"PRIMER TALLER SIMULADOR GESTI\u00d3N ESTRAT\u00c9GICA SE REALIZ\u00d3 CON ASOCIADAS DE REDMICROH"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cnbs.gob.hn\/educacionfinanciera\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/HSFAG57-Foto-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2484\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el marco del convenio entre la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Bancos y Seguros (CNBS) y REDMICROH con el apoyo de la Fundaci\u00f3n alemana Sparkassenstiftung, se desarroll\u00f3 del 23 al 25 de julio el primer el taller \u201c<strong>Simulador de Gesti\u00f3n Estrat\u00e9gica\u00bb<\/strong>&nbsp;dirigido a 19 funcionarios de las diferentes asociadas a esa Red de Microfinancieras .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0El Simulador es una herramienta de capacitaci\u00f3n creada y dise\u00f1ada en Bonn, Alemania, por expertos en la tem\u00e1tica y con avanzadas metodolog\u00edas pedag\u00f3gicas, que tiene como objetivo que los participantes puedan experimentar la gesti\u00f3n de una instituci\u00f3n financiera de manera efectiva tomando decisiones t\u00edpicas de negocio en un ambiente realista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los part\u00edcipes aprendieron los principios clave de la administraci\u00f3n del negocio, como utilizar adecuadamente la informaci\u00f3n para la toma de decisiones en la operaci\u00f3n diaria y sobre planeaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica, manejo de riesgos e incertidumbre, buscando un equilibrio con el aprovechamiento de las oportunidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Din\u00e1mica<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se simula la gesti\u00f3n de un intermediario financiero para seis a\u00f1os, los participantes son divididos en cinco grupos o instituciones financieras, se inicia la gesti\u00f3n trazando objetivos generales y los indicadores para lograrlos, compiten en las mismas condiciones de mercado y estados financieros y por cada a\u00f1o obtienen sus resultados basados en sus decisiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El simulador comprende 4 fases:&nbsp;<strong><em>posicionamiento de mercado<\/em><\/strong><em>, c<\/em><em><strong>recimiento, riesgos y estabilizaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/em>, cada grupo recibe por cada fase, un escenario en donde se refleja el entorno del pa\u00eds, econ\u00f3mico y tendencias del mercado, que le permite analizarlas y tomar decisiones &nbsp;referente a productos financieros (activos y pasivos), tasas de inter\u00e9s, recurso humano para el negocio y la administraci\u00f3n, liquidez, entre otras, &nbsp;estas decisiones se ingresan al software del simulador y al final de cada a\u00f1o reflejan el balance e indicadores para conocer el avance en la gesti\u00f3n financiera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-2 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cnbs.gob.hn\/educacionfinanciera\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/FSOTOJH37-Foto-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"2485\" data-link=\"https:\/\/www.cnbs.gob.hn\/educacionfinanciera\/?attachment_id=2485\" class=\"wp-image-2485\" \/><\/figure><\/li><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cnbs.gob.hn\/educacionfinanciera\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/FSOTS56UJ-Foto-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"2486\" data-link=\"https:\/\/www.cnbs.gob.hn\/educacionfinanciera\/?attachment_id=2486\" class=\"wp-image-2486\" \/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el marco del convenio entre la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Bancos y Seguros (CNBS) y REDMICROH con el apoyo de la Fundaci\u00f3n alemana Sparkassenstiftung, se desarroll\u00f3<span class=\"excerpt-hellip\"> [\u2026]<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":5,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-2757","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-uncategorized"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
