Bancos y Seguros (CNBS) realiz\u00f3 el webinar \u201cEl Hogar y El Negocio\u00bb, en el cual participaron 23 personas que fueron convocadas por Banco Azteca con el objetivo de promover la importancia de la igualdad y equidad de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n<p>El webinar antes descrito fortalece las capacidades en los siguientes temas: \u00bfqu\u00e9 es g\u00e9nero?, los roles de g\u00e9nero, trabajo no renumerado, distribuci\u00f3n equitativa de las tareas en el hogar, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbs.gob.hn\/educacionfinanciera\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Imagen2.AZTECA.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4205\" capacitaci\u00f3n se realizaron actividades de medici\u00f3n de conocimientos, se analizaron videos, y hubo una etapa de preguntas y respuestas, en la que se intenta que los p\u00fablicos puedan aprender no solo escuchando si no participando.<\/p>\n<p>La igualdad y la equidad hacia la mujer es un tema primordial para la CNBS, por ello el webinar tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 modalidad de curso en el Aula virtual de la CNBS, donde los participantes pueden obtener un certificado, y de esta forma se promueve dicha tem\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n<p><a
