La Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Bancos y Seguros (CNBS) y Centro de Desarrollo de la Mujer (CDM), realiz\u00f3 el pasado 1 diciembre de 2023, una jornada de capacitaci\u00f3n online sobre \u201cEl Hogar y El Negocio\u201d, dirigido a mujeres de la zona de Choluteca y La Paz, con el objetivo de fortalecer sus habilidades para administrar sus negocios.<\/p>\n

La actividad tuvo lugar en Choluteca, donde participaron al menos 30 mujeres quienes son atendidas por el CDM, para formar competencias en finanzas y violencia, y de esta forma puedan administrar correctamente sus emprendimientos en concentrados de jugos naturales, caf\u00e9, miel, vino, entre otros, quienes a la vez pertenecen a cajas rurales lideradas por mujeres.<\/p>\n

La capacitaci\u00f3n fue impartida por la Licenciada Alba Mejia, Oficial de Educaci\u00f3n Financiera, de la Gerencia de Educaci\u00f3n e Inclusi\u00f3n Financiera y G\u00e9nero quien se\u00f1al\u00f3 la importancia de negociaci\u00f3n en las tareas del hogar, para hacer crecer los emprendimientos, ya que muchas veces esto pasa a ser una barrera para las mujeres.<\/p>\n

Es importante se\u00f1alar que la CNBS en su estrategia con enfoque de g\u00e9nero, realiza diferentes actividades donde la mujer es parte esencial en el logro de los objetivos, por lo que se organizan capacitaciones y eventos a nivel nacional.<\/p>\n
