\nDurante noviembre de 2025, la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Bancos y Seguros (CNBS) realiz\u00f3 doce jornadas de capacitaci\u00f3n dirigidas a las y los j\u00f3venes, incluyendo estudiantes de la Universidad Nacional Aut\u00f3noma de Honduras (UNAH) y participantes de la Fundaci\u00f3n Glasswing. En estas sesiones, 554 j\u00f3venes tuvieron la oportunidad de aprender sobre temas clave para su vida financiera diaria, tales como: \u201dQu\u00e9 es la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Bancos y Seguros?\u201d, \u201cMi Hogar y Mi Dinero\u201d, \u201cAhorro y Plan Financiero\u201d, \u201cSeguridad de la Informaci\u00f3n a Usuarios Financieros\u201d, \u201cVivir Seguro\u201d, \u201cEducaci\u00f3n Financiera\u201d y \u201cBuen Uso del Cr\u00e9dito\u201d.<\/p>\n

En estas capacitaciones, las y los participantes de Glasswing, descubrieron c\u00f3mo organizar mejor sus ingresos, planificar gastos, priorizar necesidades y evitar el sobreendeudamiento. Tambi\u00e9n aprendieron a establecer metas de ahorro realistas y a crear un plan financiero personal o familiar, entendiendo que peque\u00f1os cambios en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda pueden generar mejoras importantes en sus finanzas. Adem\u00e1s, se les explic\u00f3 c\u00f3mo funciona el cr\u00e9dito, cu\u00e1les son algunos de los riesgos implica usarlo sin una buena planificaci\u00f3n, con el fin de fomentar decisiones responsables.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, el estudiantado de la carrera de Econom\u00eda de la UNAH comprendi\u00f3 el rol de la CNBS como ente regulador del sistema financiero, su funci\u00f3n en la protecci\u00f3n de los usuarios y la estabilidad econ\u00f3mica del pa\u00eds. Tambi\u00e9n aprendieron pr\u00e1cticas para proteger datos personales y financieros, prevenir fraudes, y garantizar un uso seguro de los servicios bancarios y digitales.<\/p>\n

Estas jornadas son clave porque impulsan las decisiones informadas en la juventud y acercan a las y los usuarios financieros (actuales y potenciales) a la CNBS, un ente regulador fundamental en el ecosistema financiero. Con ello, se fomenta una ciudadan\u00eda m\u00e1s informada y participativa y se promueve la inclusi\u00f3n financiera y se impulsa una educaci\u00f3n financiera accesible para todas y todos.<\/p>\n

Durante las capacitaciones, se motiv\u00f3 a las y los j\u00f3venes a continuar aprendiendo a trav\u00e9s del Aula Virtual de la CNBS, la App de Conoce y Compara, los Simuladores Digitales, el curso interactivo por WhatsApp y el Canal de WhatsApp de Educaci\u00f3n Financiera de la CNBS.
